AME's are lighter, a little more aggressive looking, but more expensive as well. Plus I really want the pinstripe! |
When you do, I call dibs on EPiC 22 Rep Boost lol

2nd dibs, as usual...lol
|
baking the rims can strengthen the metal too..... dunno how it works though.
the molecular structure changes a bit. 450 isnt much, like 700-1000 is...lol |
I like both wheels...you can't go wrong with either choice.
|
I'm thinking it doesn't hurt them...but if they have had to strip the finish each time, that means either sandblasting or chemical stripping (or both) at least twice so far on the same set of wheels.

I also have an email into Vossen on there concave wheels.

|
no, not both, sand blasting is more then enough..
every is copying me on the Vossen Concave now....lol |

lou, give a deal to us peeps in this thread for the rims??
|
lol, fusz likes his forgestars...he's e-mailing vossen for me :)
a lot of powdercoaters will sandblast...then chemically remove any residue, then even do a "burn-off" by heating the bare metal to 400 degrees to burn anything else off before coating. |
word!!
|
just pull the dam plug already....lol
cut it off while you can |
be free caravan
|
lou will for sure will get to sell them.... i can put in a good word also...lol
