I am happy for the guy... thats just a looong a$$ time to work for 1 company

yeah man... that's quite long.....

we just lost one guy who worked at the company for 50 years. great man, lost his battle to cancer though. we had a huge sendoff for him.

They just finished the manifolds and are now starting the fun stuff of assembly.

50 yrs at one company..... lots of ppl getting hit with cancer these days......

All of the above is sad

1) it's sad that companies no longer place value in their employees enough to give them incentive to stay. No more pensions, crappy *** raises, a swift boot in the *** when you say you've gotten a better offer elsewhere. I have heard about the days when you were valued as an employee...I've never seen them first-hand

2) very sad to hear about the man losing has battle with cancer. Sounds like he got to live a fairly long life though, I hope he was able to make the best of it!

That's good that your company gave him that.

Custom made manifolds = time

ohh... i remember... it's a custom AAM manifold.... damn.. thats time

Stage 2 plus a lot of custom work. DEFI guagues in place of the stock guages custom mounting for the Boost controler, Recirculate BOV's,...ect,ect,ect. Mine isn't just a slap on base kit.

The manifolds were custom made in the shop. Everything in made in the shop, bent, welding. You name it.

This isn't a bought kit from china or somewhere overseas. Plus they haven't done a 370 yet, just a lot of G37's and 350's. So the manifolds where different form the G's.

Custom takes a little more time.
