rreign 08-27-2009 01:07 PM

nogoodname 08-27-2009 01:10 PM

cancel that crap, pm sharriff about it and he will hook you up.
i got him on this forum, mention that i sent you to him.

cancel that sheit.... why would you want comprised rims... the quality hit rock bottom by powdercoating it like 10 times

rreign 08-27-2009 01:11 PM

^agreed!!

Caravanshaka 08-27-2009 01:12 PM

they claim the 3 wheels have only ever been powdercoated once, the 4th will be done twice.

Keep in mind, if I cancel, I lose my current buyer on my stock wheels and tires and he is paying $1,900 for them...

rreign 08-27-2009 01:12 PM

Hey I just posted in my thread, but does someone in my area want to loan me their Z for a photoshoot w/ Kristen? (the wife)

Caravanshaka 08-27-2009 01:12 PM

Sharif doesn't have exactly what I want in stock, I want all black (matte or gloss)

Caravanshaka 08-27-2009 01:13 PM

rreign 08-27-2009 01:14 PM

should of sold the stockers until you had wheels in hand.....
cancel that sheeittt....

or even better, i'm getting you a direct email to iForged right now.

iForged owns Forgestar.... order from them and ppl i know got the rims shipped in 3 weeks flat

Caravanshaka 08-27-2009 01:16 PM

I had em up to get interest, figuring my wheels would take the expected 2-3 weeks...

just get them to fix it and fix it fast! lol

rreign 08-27-2009 01:24 PM

I'm not understanding this... You could still sell your wheels to that guy and still cancel your order and have the money to get the other ones in a few weeks (possibly sooner) I would just freakin cancel now that I know about the multiple powdercoats

nogoodname 08-27-2009 01:24 PM

but u'r wheels have been striped how many times??

nogoodname 08-27-2009 01:25 PM

cancel it, it's like a disease these rims

I daily drive my car...i need new wheels before I can actually sell my others. The guy has already said he's gonna bail in a week or 2.

BTW, Mike (the powdercoater on this forum) powdercoated his own wheels a few times. once he had a blemish and redid it, and his 2-tone takes 2 heat cycles.
