I'd do that if I had another car to drive around or if I had a temp exchange but I'm sure thats asking alot.

Caravanshaka 08-21-2009 02:53 PM

I only need ~8-10 hours to do them...most of that time is for paint drying

FuszNissan 08-21-2009 02:53 PM

Nice work. They look sweet!

Caravanshaka 08-21-2009 02:56 PM

I've wanted to do that for awhile now! Like nogood said, I did send an email to Igor @ 180 Custom but he never responded. Not sure how the state of Virginia is when it comes to blacking out the lights....I may have to leave that part alone.

What I really really want is to get these:

http://i.ebayimg.com/16/!BVM,hUQ!2k~...ENEK!~~_12.JPG

They are the side markers and get the lights changed from the current color to blue! But I searched around a few threads here and even on some G37 & 350Z boards....seems its almost impossible to open them without damaging them. :( My dream of blue side markers with the blue kickplates may never happen.

i thought the only color legally allowed was amber?

I've asked that question and gotten two different answers....its illegal as hell and it shouldnt make a difference since the only lights you cant have blue are the headlights and tail lights....so I'm still keeping hope alive it might be possible. They'd only light up when I'm using my turn signal and most Virgiinia drivers dont signal anyways!! :roflpuke2:
