my issue with ups that was similar, I got to keep the wheels, but only got 50% of the replacement cost instead of 100%. Frankly it is easier on them that way, cause all they have to do is write a check instead of coming to get the damaged wheels.

It kind of is. It's mostly just deleting spam & occasionally settling disagreements. I love that this site is really hands-off, though.

I was a mod for a while on another site & the other moderators there were really involved-- they'd delete posts if people disagreed, etc. It was like it wasn't OK to have a differing opinion.
