just recently watched jackass 3 he will surely be missed..

Drunk and speeding (0.196/140 MPH). Too bad the jackass had to take an innocent life with him.

I think its safe to assume the passenger got into the car knowing Dunn had been drinking, never the less, a tragedy.

wow wtf is wrong with you. you don't have to be drunk to freaking lose control and die in a modified RWD sports car, or do you only drive your Z below the speed limit?

case and point, notice the skid marks on the road where he crashed. Dunn's are on the right, and to the left of his are skid marks of an obvious 18 wheeler, how do you know that it was even his fault he went off the highway... i know he was twice over the limit, but the limit is 2 beers, unless you drink once a year 2 beers won't even get you tipsy. and what twice the limit is 4 beers, WOW I DONT KNOW HOW IM GONNA DRIVE IM SO DRUNK AFTER 4 BEERS DUDE

People where at the crash site taking peices of the car to sell on E-Bay. Thats kind of messed up.

Noone knows and we more than likely won't ever know if he was drunk at the time. It would be safe to say he had at least a couple beers but that doesn't affect someone like him who has a stupid high tolerance. TBH if he was doing 130 in his GT3 then he should've been in the left lane where semi's typically stay away from. In this case it looks like he was in the right lane and the truck was getting into the right lane and he slammed on the brakes and tried to get on the on-ramp to avoid it but missed horribly. This is just what I took from skid marks.

Even if sober, doing 130mph late at night in a 55mph zone, not the smartest thing to do.
