Forum Search Function..?!?

Hey guys,

Just wondering about the forum search function. Generally love this forum, but for some reason the forum search function really isn't doing it for me at all - regardless of what I search for I usually get the same posts/topics as search results. Also, using strings such +"[search word]" aren't helping either.

If I am doing the forum injustice please help me out and show me the way.

i usually throw it in Google with the370.com before or after it. or sort by discussions. works every time.

Yeah, thanks for the info. Think I will consider that - I have come across good threads on here just by chance via Google. Making it the standard search method seems to make sense.

When you go to the advanced search, the Google search is at the top. Blue hightlight in photo.

I know it took me a few tries to figure it out. Seems to be different than other forums, but maybe not.

I think I have it figured out now, and luckily before getting blasted for asking a question for the millionth time.
