Don't follow cops for too long, they don't like it. I followed an unmarked car on a rural interstate once for about 30 miles, and he eventually pulled me over. He was pissed! I was keeping my distance but I was matching his speed exactly.

I was on the Garden State Parkway on the left lane and I didn't even notice but there was a State Trooper behind me. I thought he would just pass me so I just kept on going. A few moments later he pulled me over saying that I blocked his way from a speeding car. He said he was gonna write me up for a ticket and give me 2 points but didn't.

I still don't get why he couldn't have just gone on the other lane...
