Sarah and I are going to be getting a puppy come late July/early August. We are going on Sunday (don't worry, before the game) to check out a breeder.

So we went to the breeder this weekend. After seeing the dogs (they have 13 females and one male) we put a deposit down on a male from the same dad but this female:

They had a boy there who was just under a year that came from those two and he had just amazing colouring! The other thing that changed was timing. Looks like we will be getting a little guy around the end of May rather then they late July/Early August we had wanted however, the breeder is going to have three litters this year. Two a week apart in May and the other in late June. We are getting married June 22nd so that wouldn't work. If we waited we would have to wait until Feb next year.... We want to go with this breeder as my dad got two German Shepherds from them over 30 years ago! Cant Wait!!! |
Definitly a dog lover at heart. Seeing the Shepard above always makes me laugh because of the mutant dog I have. He is a German Shepard/Corgi mix from what we can tell.

I unfortunately had to put my dog down this morning after a very hard life of 11 yrs.
I'm taking it allot harder than I thought ,he was my buddy and I loved him very much. |

Wow great thread, heres a pic of my girl Lucy, she was a rescue that was roaming through the livermore hills, they told us she was a Shiba Inu mix, possible with a little bit of fox, shes definatly a wild child, I got her for my bday when I was 12 so shes about 11 now
