Im a personnel officer, my staff's main responsibility is accountibility of all Soldiers in the area and casualty ops. We also continue normal operations while in the field. Since we will be spread across over a hundred miles and close enough to home station to drive POVs keeping up with all these guys will be a full time job in its self.

oh werd.. thats cool.. I think im going to finish my avionics degree by the end of next year, and apply for OTS, i will be 33.. cutting it... close.. lol

Very close, but look at the paycharts. Just remember that an O3E retiring with 20 yrs makes more than an E9 retiring at 20.
