something about the 4G radio (which is made by motorola, not verizon like the rest of the 4G phones on VZW) or 4G SIM card not wanting to register in 3G only areas (like mine). they hope to have it resolved tonight or tomorrow. maybe will can shed some light on the subject...

Wasn't it you and I that talked about the bionic. The radio in the bionic is motorola's design. The previous radio's were all the Verizon one. Moto's is supposed to be better but it will obviously have it's hiccups.

yea exactly my point. apparently they have a problem registering the 4G radio in 3G only areas. weird. i saw a couple posts on the forums it was just that droves of people trying to register them at the same time this morning (between 9 and 11am EST) that it cause a huge clog on the system. either way, i should have it by tomorrow
