Im a personnel officer, my staff's main responsibility is accountibility of all Soldiers in the area and casualty ops. We also continue normal operations while in the field. Since we will be spread across over a hundred miles and close enough to home station to drive POVs keeping up with all these guys will be a full time job in its self.
