It will turn into a he said she said, AT&T says it is the phone & Apple will say it is the network. It will be like the lawsuit from the original iPods, money is finally being set out in the sum of 70 bucks a person.

I didn't even know about that. I've just been fed up with AT&T for years. Bad service almost 50% of the places I travel with any phone, and ive been with them for like 10 years. I almost left for verizon, but then the original iPhone came out and they sucked me back in lol.
