That is why I don't use the one at work!

In one of my prior employments the fridge was empty every Friday by the cleaning lady that way nothing nasty was left there.

Use an igloo( throw ice in the bottom, or use freezer ice packs), or hit up fast food! Let the people who use the fridge clean it out! Your not there maid, let that $hit decay and mold!
Replace the chicken you threw out, so co-workers will shut the fu*k up!
