Anyone know how to get custom metal/delrin parts made?

This is out on a limb, but I personally like to play the Nintendo 64, but the joysticks are completely useless. They wear out VERY fast. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way I could send in the parts I need made, and they could be made. The two pieces that would need to made differently are fairly simple; I could get pictures if necessary. Any ideas? I could even order a few extras and sell them possibly. Maybe this is stupid, but hey, I can try.
