In relation to vehicles Virginia takes the cake. The only state that doesn't allow a radar detector. They can get you for tint window, height of the car, exhaust even with CARB certification, etc.

Also they try to implement other traffic laws that were found unconstitutional by the courts.

Since when do the states/feds pass laws based on if they are constitutional?

All laws are constitutional...until a judicial review deems the law unconstitutional.
