I had a friend who was having lower back issues. He goes to the doc and the doc asks him to remove his wallet from his back pocket. Larry (my friend) removes his wallet and the damn thing is like 1 1/2 inches thick  He has every receipt and card imaginable  Doc says "there's your problem Larry, you are jacking up your right hip an inch and a half, throwing your spine out" true story
