Engine clunking/smoking after oil change- HELP!!

Btw- I don't know if it makes a difference but I used Castrol ester oil That I got on amazon because it was cheaper than Nissan ester oil: Technical Chemical

This is either another April fools joke, or its about to get real ugly for you. From the picture, that isnt motor oil at at. Its refrigerant lubricant. Oh man this reminds me of another thread where a guy put Brake oil in his engine.

IMO April fools.

Just did a search on the brake fluid in the engine guy.

Couldn't go through all the pages, but man that was funny.
