Is it Friday yet? :ugh:

Not that it matters. The operating rooms are scheduled all week, so we have to survey them on Sat. At least there are no surgeries scheduled. In past years we had to survey them at the end of the day; you either encounter fresh blood splattered about or wait a couple of hours for housekeeping to clean up the last OR. After multiple 10-12 hr days walking a 1.2M sq ft hospital, the blood isn't so bothersome ;)

Yep, working the graveyard shift I usually get stuck with the OR jobs that arent rush fixes. Lucky me lol. I hate being in the rooms while a procedure is going on; not my cup of tea to watch machines or a person play in the chunks and ooze.

As long as it is dry and in the 70s for the day, that will be great. Leaving for Nashville tomorrow. Driving the Big white whale down there with some friends.

Rusty 09-22-2021 11:02 AM

:hello:

Took the truck in to get the rear main engine seal replaced. Over 98,000 miles on the truck. You got to love the lifetime powertrain warranty.

Rained this morning. Stopped for now. Looks like around 4pm for rain again. 78F right now.

Rusty 09-22-2021 01:38 PM

Still working on the 1965 GMC shortbed and the 1970 GTO 400/4spd
Need to get the raw frame to someone who can straighten it. That is my hold up.
I would like to ride/drive in one of the Supra cars. But nothing like that is going to be in my garage unless I win the lotto.

Nice collection. I am exercising extreme self control by not inquiring about price and condition on those two classic rides.
