I'm a natural night owl. :tup: It's all those late shifts that I worked all my life. :icon14: Spent most of my life working them.

I'm definitely not a 'morning person' any more. I used to get up at 0530 every morning, but working second shift till midnight, doing school work till 3 am and then having to be up by 7am to get kids off to school ruined my sleep schedule. I guess that's why I'm tired all the time. :shakes head:
