So turns out the sensor is actually a 27 mm. I ordered a 17-32 mm wrench set thankfully.

Of course, the sensor I ordered shipped out with zero packing materials and arrived broken :shakes head:

The 27mm crow's foot wrench made quick work of the power steering pressure sensor. Sure is nice to have the proper tool for the job. Pretty sure the nut on the sensor is actually 1-1/16 inch though.
