Not much planned for today, just watch the game and putz around the house. Dinner should be ok; Shrimp koktail, Steaks on the grill, sweet potato and veggies.

Another day of doing nothing much. I might blast the bottles I use to test colors. Madwi cut some vinyl stencils so I can try some new stuff  Once I figure it out I'm pulling my intakes back off for some custom stuff :excited: Having homemade pizza around game time :yum: |
GOOD SUPER BOWL SUNDAY ALL. :happydance: Coffee and Croissants Breakfast Sandwiches to get this Sunday going. :yum: Then it's BBQ Nachos during the pregame. :yum: Going with Tampa and the over and heads for the coin toss. But then again this is why I stick to Craps. :rofl2: Hope you all have a Great Super Bowl Sunday. Stay Safe, Stay Positive and Keep Washing Those Hands.

Anyone have any thoughts on this diff brace? Haven't seen it on this forum before I don't think. I like the jack point although not sure it'll work with finned diff covers or FI style exhaust canisters. Looking at the design, I'm guessing it's a no on both of those.

I wish they had a pic of it installed :shakes head: I think the finned cover would be fine. Odds are slim on the exhaust clearing though :ugh2: here is some pic of it installed on what looks like a 350 subframe  https://www.drifthq.com/products/nis...32676735123503 |

My late night you tube watching last night. I came across this brace. It won't fit with a finned cover and FI style exhaust. They have it mounted on the aluminum 350 sub-frame. The kit comes with lock out bolts and washers. So you HAVE to use adjustable toe arms. |

Got a call from the motorhome renter. He got the hot water tank fixed. It was the thermocoupler on the tank. Cost him $45 to have it fixed. |

Came home to get ready for Superbowl hosting (only 3 people coming over thankfully). Found another slab leak under my hot water heater. There goes another couple thousand once I figure out where the leaking line(s) go, cut a bunch of holes in the walls and ceilings and then hire a plumber to fix it :shakes head:
2nd birthday in 3 years having to deal with this. Why the hell do people think it's a good idea to tie the copper plumbing lines in the slab to a piece of rebar? Please, if you have to, use a piece of 1x or formwork stake the next time you need to keep a plumbing line vertical during a concrete pour. |
