Today's "honey do list".
1. cut grass. Done and bagged

2. remove some small retaining wall block. Done

3. get the big rotor tiller out and tear up the area on the one side of the new patio to eliminate the steep slope to the patio. Done

4. rake that area smooth. Done and planted grass seed.

5. hang up the curtain on the patio cover. Have it hung. Have to put up a center hanger.

6. get out to pressure washer and hook it up for the wifey to use. Never got done.

7. what ever else the wifey finds for me to do. :icon14: Hang 2 things up on the fence. Hang thermometer on patio cover pole.

Think tomorrow. I'll start prepping the area for the pool.
I'z done for the day. :icon14: Think 2 aspirin will be part of my dinner.

Was watching the race yesterday at my daughter's house. Coming out of the one left hand turn. Most was lifting the left front tire off the ground.

Wifey will be home in a couple hours from zdayz. She said it was a lot of fun and reminded her of the old OG first few zdayz back when it was only a couple hundred folks.

She also said the resort location was pretty nice and a big improvement over Fontana.

The red squares are from Lowes from 2005. The grey squares are from Home Depot. The Lowes squares measure 11 3/4". The Home Depot squares measure 11 7/8". There is also a difference in thickness too. The 2nd pic is the difference after 10 squares. :icon14:

After the pool is up. I'm going to build a retaining wall between sidewall and the patio. To level that area out.

So, I just built a amg gla 35 suv and then a amg gla 45 suv from Mercedes. (The little one)

Man, those are some sweet rides,as built they we way we’d want them, $66k for the 35 and 75k for the 45…ouch.

Audi really needs to bring over their sq3 and rsq3. Given that the q5 is their best seller and fast suvs are super popular, I can’t believe they currently don’t have plans to, at least not publicly.

Oh, I built a GC track hawk the other day, it speced out at $97k. :icon14:

I love that suv but almost 100k is just too much, makes the merc gla 45 amg look budget friendly.

The track hawk is faster though. :happydance:
