At the power plant. We had between 3 to 12 hrs of on-line training every month. Class room training and recerts about 5 times a year. Hazmat and fire fighting training was fun.

Susan wants to go skating again tonight. May try out a new trail and see if we can run over a few kids who don't get out of the way quick enough. Gotta get them back up to speed now that quarantine is lifting.

Picked up a few Drew Estate Legend cigars to try. Coffee and hazelnut in a sweet tipped wrapper. I'll bring a few to the MI meet to taste test.

Bought a 2010 engine that may have spun a bearing. Only had 38k miles and was 300 bucks. Was going to try to use it for a forged bottom end for the TT build. I definitely see bearing material.

Magnet picked up a bunch of stuff. There was aluminum left behind. Going to drop the upper pan and remove the shield tomorrow to get a closer look

My guess is that there was an oil gallery gasket issue and it lost oil pressure. Not sure when ill be able to pull the front timing cover. Just speculating.

Man, it gets into the 60’s and my joints go from really bad to unbearable.

I much prefer the dry heat of the SW, but Florida is better for taxes, healthcare etc and wifey likes to be near the ocean/gulf.

I got rid of my BTC a couple of weeks ago. Sold to a friend at a steep discount and still came out ahead.

Think I'm about in a perfect place. Avg less then 10 days a year above 90. Summer is around 84 avg. The last week of Jan, and the first 2 weeks of Feb. It might get below zero. Winter avg is around 30.


The only dangerous critters we have are snakes. Which you have to really hunt for. They are few. (unless you count stupid people, they're everywhere)
