I've taken some pictures. I'll post them up when I'm done.

1st. Prep your ground. I use a rotor tiller to soften it up. Makes it easier to shovel. You have to go down about 4" or so.

2nd. Put your base stone down and use a tamper to pack it. It should be about 2" thick.

3rd. Put your sand down. About 1 " thick. This may very depending on any low spots in your base. Tamp it down.

4. Start with your first square. I use a small level to level it. You may have to put sand under it, or remove sand to get it to level. Butt the next square up against your first square. Put the level across it and the other square to get your height just right. Then level the square.

I use 3 different levels when I'm doing this. A small level. A 2ft level. And a 4ft level. I also use a rubber mallet to tap on the squares to help to get them level.

Probably fast as fvck with that new tuner I heard he's flying in. Spool you getting that Moonshot NOS setup too? You'd really bust rubber on the road with that setup.

Fishing trip yesterday was not very fruitful but still had a blast. It was our 5th consecutive year with JT Van Zandt as our guide. The weather was terrible - cloudy with no rain and 25+ mph winds all day long. Trying to cast a fly accurately at 40 feet into 30 mph wind is about as productive as pissing into the same wind :ugh:

The redfish population is also down significantly due to the recent freeze; the true extent of the impact is still unknown. So our opportunities were pretty limited and we ended up landing just one fish on the boat. All in all it was still a great day

A bad day on the water is better than the best day in the office.

Replaced my old asphalt driveway ( 66' x 22' ) with 6" thick cement and trying to keep it wet for 7 days to properly cure itself... could use the help from mother nature instead of me spraying it down 10-15 times a day...that's all

but yeah, normally I would love the rain free days. :tiphat:

Yeah, Joby is on Discord. There ain't no secrets over there. Loose lips sink ships. How does he know what I have told him is true. Maybe I have been feeding him a line a chit for fun.

Leingod 05-19-2021 07:07 AM

We also know about zoren's Gerbils and EW's fascination with massive kinkok.

I've had 2 tripod sprinklers set up already that overlap each other and each time I go out there to turn on/off I wind up getting soaked... lol.

...it's self inflicted. :icon14:

Spooler 05-19-2021 07:37 AM

Not happening. Just like Facebook aka MyFace....

old guy 05-19-2021 07:41 AM

The weather here has been great but, we’ve had very little accumulative rain for month. Not much in the forecast either.
