The day I bought my wife's Corvette Grand Sport convertible I had went to the Nissan dealer for a few parts and wanted to test drive a GTR. If they had one, I would have drove it home that day but they did not. I ended up at the Chevrolet dealership and bought my wife her dream car instead. Many days I wish I would have got the GTR. We get a ton of hate because of the Corvette. Lots of jealous people out there. I would have never TT my 370z if I got the GTR. Oh well.

I don't understand why people get so wrapped around the axle about what someone else drives. I remember back when the 944 came out, I sat down and ran the numbers and determined I could afford one, but what I had to do without to own it, didn't make sense. When I was a kid, seeing a Corvette was a treat, there weren't that many on the road. Now, I see 8 to 10 different ones every day. They've lost what made them special to me. :twocents:

You name it and it is probably happened to me or my wife in that Corvette. People have to pass it no matter what. It is the craziest thing I have ever seen. I thought about buying a ZR1 because I like the Grandsport so much. Once I drove my wife's car a couple of times I changed my mind real quick. To me it is just a car, nothing special. I do love my 370ztt. I can drive it around and nobody is the wiser. They have no idea what it is, much less what is under the hood.

I have to go deal with something tomorrow that is all about jealousy and hate. The wife and I have been quite. Tomorrow we hope to get a chance to tell our story and what we have been through. This is just one of the three things we are dealing with right now. When I got out of the Air Force I sold all my toys to go back to school. I started over again with nothing. I ate so much Macaroni & Cheese, boiled eggs, an whatever to make it through and get a degree. Now folks think I owe them something. I don't owe them anything. I made it. I am not going to apologize for that. I am barely keeping my chit together. I want to hurt some folks.

i've wanted a GTR since i was like 11 and first one i saw was the R34 when it came out. i knew i would have one eventually.

My dream car was a 1990 300zxtt. I still miss mine. Wish I would have never sold it.

big auction down south all classic and collector cars. there was a 90 30zxtt clean had like 80k miles on it, dark blue but has the light brown interior. color combo made me go mehhhh lol

automatic not like i care but probably for something i'd drive here and there i would get a manual.

think it went for 10k.
