good to hear man, the new pad is coming a long, home ownership is no joke, i feel like there's more money coming out than money coming in...wtf.

Oh, I must’ve missed that you got a place, I remember reading that you were looking, belated congrats.

Yeah, that money burn rate will slow down after the first year or so once you get all the **** fixed that needs fixing. Then about 10 years later, it’ll go up again. :shakes head: But it’s worth it to have a place you can call your own.

Gonna give it some love after pickup & Z, and with me basically only working in garage on weekends; the Z’s probably gonna come before the pickup :ugh2:

Old sbc’s run forever. Love your 92. IF you ever think about selling, PLS let me know. :driving:

For the uninformed sbc = small block Chevy.

Hanging in there, same ol **** kinda deal. The folks are healthy tho which is a blessing and so are the wifey and our fur baby

It’s been really heartbreaking to watch so many folks around here suffering with being laid off this year bc of the coronavirus tho, the hospitality and theme parks have been crushed by this pandemic. We decided to donate some extra $$ this year to the local food banks and toy drives. (I kinda feel like a azzhole bringing that up cause it sounds like I’m bragging about it, but oh well, I wanted to share and maybe some of y’all might do the same and help out as well ).

Awesome! I wouldn’t want to sell it either. That blazer will be worth as much or more than your z one day, which is kinda crazy to think about. :icon17:
