We've had a few power outages, I think the power surge weakened the board and it just finally went bad.

I didn't do a thing today. I did fill the car up and go for a drive. I was tired. I have to do rear brakes on the truck tomorrow. I have a trip on Saturday to do with the trailer.

About a week ago, my Sony lcd tv in the bedroom wouldn't power up anymore. It would try to power up and then go into standby mode. I tried all the reboot procedures and it still didn't work so I bought a new Samsung. Before just throwing it away I googled the problem and found out that sometimes the power input board goes bad. I found them on ebay for $18.00. It came in today. Opened the back up, replaced the board and the tv works great. So I just blew $900.00 on a new tv and could have repaired mine for $18.00. Dammit

My Sony Trinitron still works great...after many years of use :wtf2:

Did a little miscalculation on angle iron for my dual tire-racks :shakes head:
May be using some of this to reinforce trailer, where it as overloaded by the Indian lift :iagree:
3”x3”x 0.25” weighs in at 5# per foot :icon14:
Had no idea they would be 100# per stick :shakes head:
I forsee picking up some 2”x2”x 0.1875” :iagree:
Gonna brush some “Rustoleum” paint on it tomorrow & put it to the side for now :ugh2:

That's what I used. I'm not sure how you avoided the splinters with it, but I did not.
Edit: Splinters may actually have been from the Turbo Blanket. Also DEI, but destroys my hands every time I touch it.

Just saw this. I can't hop on discord from my desktop without a fresh link since I did not register my user name and set it to a password, apparently. Need to pull my work computer. I'm not sure what assistance I can be with identifying the package contents since I opened only 1 of the boxes myself, and only took a quick look.

You should have a length of hose, a variety of fittings and the catch cans. That's all I remember off hand. I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

We stopped locking the door on the place decades ago because of break ins
and the door / frame getting busted up each time. So now there’s a note on the door saying it’s unlocked :rofl2:

Getting ready for snow on Wednesday!

1 Attachment(s)
Converted my tractor to winter use yesterday for snow plowing. Remove mulching deck, installed 4 foot wide plow, 45# wheel weights/chains and bungees. Tractor is now 23 years old so I've done this now, well, 23 times. :ugh2: All power steering and pedal gas/brake along with plow hydraulics for lowering/raising blade ( blade angle is manual control ). This is a blast to drive in the snow!

I can clear a 10 inch snow in 30 minutes on a driveway/apron/sidewalk area that consumes about 2,000 square feet.

Have a great day everyone and enjoy the games!

Be sure to have him dig up the grass underneath, knock the mailbox a few times, and hit all the xmas decorations.

All of my neighbors have snow throwers and for the most part they all do the job very good except when its a real heavy wet snow which basically renders them useless. That doesn't bother the tractor one bit. They are amazed when they have to resort to shoveling (for hours) that I can just come along and do it in a few passes. :driving: Much LeRoux Blackberry Brandy is consumed during these times...:icon17:

My drive is ~560 ft long. I aint shoveling or snow throwing that for any reason. :rofl2:

I have rules for the driveway also. You may visit if you want but if you get stuck, slide off the driveway or get no traction going up the hill either way, I aint helping. I'll call a tow truck and watch out the window with a cup of hot cocoa. :icon17:
I no longer salt, shovel, push, pull or anything else to get a car unstuck. I usually have UPS and delivery people drop stuff off at my neighbors house. It can be a bitch to get up the thing in winter.

I'm cool with the snow throwing. I shoveled my driveway exactly 1x when I first moved in. Told Megan never again. It was thick wet snow and took hours. Being set back from the road sounds so good in theory.
