Lien or Madwi, do either of you gentlemen have a recommended wifi booster? My signal on the first floor of my house is terrible and it's cramping my style.

I've got the Google Wifi mesh network and have been particularly happy with it. Easy setup and much more consistent speeds throughout the house now :twocents:

That was pretty much all of the cheerleaders and drill team members from my school. They dropped the first kid and gained 100 pounds...:eekdance:

You mean they found the key to your round padded room? Did they get tired of you looking for that hundred dollar bill they said that was in a corner of the round room?

I just bought one. A Ruger Precision rifle with a Schmidt & Bender scope.

I noticed.

I'd love to pickup another rifle or hand gun, but with the winds of uncertainty blowing around, I've been building 'storage cases' from 4" PVC....

The hard part is finding a place to put them.....:wtf2:

I agree with Jar. Don't get a repeater/booster if you can avoid it. It extends the signal, but you cut your speed in half.

A Google mesh router system is what jar, madwi, and myself use. I run 4 in my house and get full signal from the front porch all the way out to the detached garage, 2nd story, and down the block.

Thanks Lein. I do hate supporting google, they already know my every digital move... but conversely, they already know my every digital move.

I'm using an eero system from Amazon, I've got 3 devices that cover my house pretty good. It was a little cheaper than the Google mesh system, but was highly recommended by my IT son-in-law.

Leingod 11-30-2020 12:37 PM

Eero, unify or any other mesh router setup will do just as well as Google. Most others have fairly robust configurations compared to Google as well. But the Google ones are a very solid set and forget type. No technical knowledge really needed.

Nothing worse than when those porn movies continue to buffer. So I've heard.

Exactly! You've gone to the effort of planning a romantic evening with you and your best hand, and the next thing you know, buffering!

The google mesh routers work great. Set and forget.

Grabbed a new set of hatch struts for the car and some pcv hoses to replace the OEM ones that are starting to fade.

Not you because no stickers are involved.

You young gentlemen have no idea. A midlife crisis is not a man's fault. It is the women's fault. Nobody tells you but the oil well runs dry after your wife goes through Menopause. I suggest you get as much as possible before that time comes. I am having to go down to the courthouse tomorrow to file a lien against Puffy Bray. Yes, for lack of payment. All those things that were bought on credit and not paid for. I haven't had any for 5 years. Why give Puffy anymore money, I can just spend it on stuff I want. So, the midlife crisis of a man is actually a lack of nookie crisis. Enjoy your time before then and waller in the nookie because at some point the well will run dry.

jchammond 11-30-2020 07:00 PM

And tonight’s featured special “The Cowboys”

jchammond 11-30-2020 07:06 PM

Speaking of nookie, stopped by this girl’s house after work & replaced her battery :ugh2:
It was in her trunk :yum:
We go back about 40yrs, and I’ll leave it at that :tiphat:

BettyZ 11-30-2020 07:15 PM

Not trying to be a smart azz, but I am confused about this... Are you saying you haven’t had pussy in 5 years, or you haven’t had credit in 5 years?

And who is this “Puffy Bray”? Is that the secret code word for your weiner?

I guess I just am having trouble following along tonight...
