Yeah, I have a Power Cage in the basement and try to at least be able to bench my weight (210 pounds) and struggling atm. Got 3 reps up at 205 ( barely ) and felt weak. Been doing thread mill every day for a good 3-5 miles and try to get in the cage 2-3 times a week.

I was a member of the 300 Club. :tup: Until I ripped the bicep muscle off the bone. :shakes head: Don't need a tread mill. I walk over 8,000 steps a day. Broke 2 Fitbits. :icon14:

That's not smoke. That's very cold air. Moisture condensing.
