That's my only concern with Eugene too is his limited tuning experience.

He has no idea what works and what doesn't. Ask Eugene how much timing and boost you can run on a stock motor and what the timing needs to be about. He can't answer. Ask him how much boost can I run on a built motor, open deck, L19 head studs. Eugene does not know. I can continue if I wanted, but I won't.

Turned 12 pounds of green tomatoes into "half-assed Southern pickles" today. FI HFCs and FI crash bar for future turbo build come Wednesday. Still haven't passed state emissions test due to lean post-cat bank 1 fuel or whatever. Suck a D IllinoiZ!

I'd say shipping would be just as easy and cost effective but I'm sure you want to see the shop and have a face to face discussion while you're there.
That fact that you'll be doing most of the work yourself is saving you a lot of money for labor.... you could now spend on more hardware! :happydance:
Good job JC. Progress!

:tiphat:
Yeah, planning to deliver before months end...just coordinating errthing :ugh2:
Pickup in the background isn’t going anywhere yet; as I have to pull engine in it as well :wtf2:
Gonna drive dad’s 10yr old Taco w/40k on the clock  As it needs to have it’s legs stretched, as I perform all the maintenance on it as well.
As far as spending on hardware; I’ll pass on commenting :owned:
Lotta work left to do, as I’m gonna repair pickup before Z comes back in garage...then it’s getting major surgery :eek::eek:
Rear subframe removal, fuel tank removal, complete suspension removal, etc............:ugh2::icon14::icon08:
I’m sure you’ll be up & running before me, as I’ll be in turtle mode by then :iagree:

Definitely going to tidy up & find a place for the things that stay before next project....not taking anything else inside, as all that is eventually coming out here :icon14:
