I was born that year. :ugh2: |
Went to the grocery store this afternoon. Huge line of people. Seems with the election next week, people are starting to panic thinking that there's going to be an uprising. :ugh2:

Owned a 1968 Dodge Charger RT 440 Magnum... my first car when I was 17. Red with a white bumble bee stripe... one of my all time favorites. |

Had both cars at the same time and often change the 6 pack Holley Carb to the Charger... just a manifold change, fuel hook up, and linkage ... took less than an hour. Fun times. |

Yes, re-tread more like it. :rofl2: |

I went from having those 2 muscle cars to a 1980 Datsun B210 hatchback... talk about night and day  That's when I started my first real job and I needed something practical to get me to work which was 50 miles up the nj turnpike. I swore the gas gauge was broke on it as it never moved like my Dodges lmao

Mom had a Plymouth Sport Fury III with a 440. Loved that car when I was a kid. |
Back in the late 70s I had a late-60s Dodge Dart GTS (gold with black bumblebee stripe). It was some kind of 340 - huge 4-bbl carb, cast iron headers, dual-point distributor, etc. Great suspension for back then. And a decent sized back seat. ;)

Anyone ever have a Javelin back in the day? I always thought they were cool.

:hello: Night Folks,
Gonna stretch out again; Latino neighbor’s have music blasting still :shakes head: Also, happy November  |
