This was probably the best thing I ever "baked" outside of random french breads. Unicorn bagels. Screwed around with the ph levels of the water for a good hour when boiling them.

One thing I do want to try some day is to open a stand at the New York State Fair with me selling "Fried Artichoke Hearts". They're something I have never seen another restaurant or venue serve before.
And I know without a moments hesitation they'd sell very easily. Canned artichoke hearts quartered, tons of italian seasoning and panko bread crumbs. Fried in peanut oil and dipped with putanesca sauce. |
