In theory, I love ratcheting wrenches. In practice, they fit nowhere i actually need them.

I have multiple sets. Standard, metric, flex head, pivoting and bunch of one off sizes for things I needed that didn’t come in a set. I probably $500-600 worth of GearWrench in my tools set. Love them!

I have metric with flex head. I can tell you they've come in useful to me in maybe 2 situations ever. They just don't have a small enough profile when I really need them to work.

I have the adapter that fits in the ratcheting portion and allows you to put a socket on it. They have been helpful at times.

The pizza hut up the road is a corporate store and is 1/2 mile from the house. Everything is always hot and fresh when delivered. :yum: They sometimes have funky items if they are trying out new stuff.

Madwi introduced me to the S bend wrenches, big fan of those.
