I need dinner recommendations for the labor day trip. Since it's a shorter drive, I'll bring all of my typical supplies. Seasonings, knife kit, specific cuts of meat, etc.

Off the top of my head. Could do sous vide steaks. Could smoke some ribs beforehand and transport. Whatever you guys want.

And since Scott has a vinyl cutter. We should definitely make decals for this one.
