:hello:

I'z up.

The heart is beating. That's a go thing.

Morning to all you knuckle draggers.

Masks? What's a mask? We're not required to wear them anymore. My county has 112 reports, and 4 deaths. The deaths all have been in nursing homes. The 2 counties next to us. The one only has 38 reports and no deaths. The other one has 61 reports and 1 deaths. We're not really seeing it. The flu did more damage here then this virus. :icon14:

Population density has a direct correlation with whether or not COVID can spread at all. Governors would be wise to consider that when they outline their various rules.

~26000 cases in Philadelphia with 1,579 deaths vs 112 cases and 4 deaths; safe to conclude the 2 areas should operate differently.

2) SIG P229..... :rofl2:

A guy approached me in a grocery saying I must be on Facebook all the time that is why I wear scrubs and a mask. He said I just make people scared and make them avoid me.

I responded well sir I work in a hospital and stationed at times at Covid restricted hall...and yes I want people to stay distance from me...as his ugly furking unmask face is just 6 inches from my face...

That ugly furking man stepped away, rushed hurriedly out of the grocery after I told him that.

And

I saw multitude of covid19 virus chased him out the door!

True story.

Should've offered to shake his hand as a thanks for the advice.

I can see arguments for this stuff either way. On the one hand, localized rules make a lot of sense. On the other hand, people who come from the outlying areas need to follow the rules of the areas they enter.

For that matter, even when it's in their own best interest, people don't like rules.

I live in Delaware County PA which has a high suburban population density, and I work in Philadelphia which has incredible population density. The number of people I see who not only don't wear masks but also get up close and personal is unfortunate, and it has a ripple effect - the more people who don't wear the masks, the more people who won't. For myself, I don't much care. I'm young and healthy enough that the chance of me being impacted is pretty much statistically nonexistent. But I do worry about my parents and grandma.

Think I just went blind. Some people do not need to wear spandex. Especially white that is super thin. I don't want to see moon cheese, your body parts that you have stuck metal through, your beer belly that is showing between the baby doll top and the short shorts. And your tied dyed 4 color hair. :icon14:

I think I understand what you are saying...

If you live in Philadelphia, go visit Rusty's county! :stirthepot:

I worry about my parents, they are in their mid to late 80s. Dad still works 32+ hours as a driver for NAPA. I asked him if he would consider wearing a mask while out and he looked at me and said 'Why? I don't have to get a signature from anyone, I just drop the parts and leave.' Can't fault that logic, I suppose. Mom doesn't get out, she can barely see over the steering wheel and frankly, it's not a good idea if she drives. They do wear a mask at church, but the congregation is really small and the sanctuary is huge, so lots of space between people.

Me, well..... I've got enough damage from exposure to CS, gunpowder fumes and sulfuric acid fumes to cut down on my lung capacity. More than 15 minutes with a mask is enough to make me light headed and unsteady on my feet. :icon14: My fiancee uses a lavender spray on the bed, I can't even be in the room while she sprays the bed & pillows nor for about 10 minutes afterwards.

JARblue 06-30-2020 09:16 AM

I wear my mask in confined spaces indoors and on job sites. That's about it. I can't really wear it outside because I sweat through it in minutes; and that renders it useless so I have to be careful.
