My sister liked to eat a Golden Corral as a kid. My parents and I would just roll our eyes. The first time I went I literally had no interest in eating anything, it was that bad. We often did joint birthday dinner celebrations since our birthdays are 4 days apart (I'm 4 years older). And my parents took my sister there for her birthday on several occasions. But they never made me go there again after that first time :icon17:

The only time I ever passed a kidney stone was in high school. The only thing it could have been was stress. I played 3 sports, was in the middle of two season and midterms, and I left town for a week to do some fire and life safety consulting work at a hospital in Virginia. I passed the stone on Weds that week. Most painful thing I've ever experienced. Was pissing blood for 2 days after that, too :shakes head:

I couldn’t pass a 10mm stone. They had go inside my Trigger all the way and pulled it out...Never felt so violated like that before!

Then they put a stent inside its like a monkey swinging on my R kidney when I walk!

Never gonna have that again!

I've been gone for quite a while. Just busy with life and such.
I hope everyone is doing good though! I got my ex's 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in February, so now I get to play with restoring it, lol.
It's got a lot of sentimental value to me so I'm trying to just bring it back to decent shape.
But yeah, other than that things have been pretty uneventful. :3

The first kidney stone I had was over 30mm. They had to cut that sucker out. Lost the lower rib because of it. That was a 3 month ordeal. :shakes head:

I'm over the worst part. No more pressure. Just a sore left side from the stone traveling down the duct. :icon14:

I had a 20mm stone once. They finally blasted it to bits with a Lithotripsy machine...

Wasn't too bad. But did have to get put under so they could insert a stent in my whizzer (kok) that was in for a few days before the lithotripsy event though. That part was a bit life changing... especially the removal of that stent .... :eek:

They couldn't blast it with ultra sound to crush it, too big. They cut it out. Had to remove the lower rib for room. They also repaired the duct at the base of the kidney. It got damaged years earlier from a piece of hot lead zipping through me. That's what caused the stone. Wouldn't let anything pass. Then they put a stent in me for 3 months, plus had a hose out of my back for drainage for 2 months. While they was in there. They cleaned up some scare tissue from before. I had 3 stents in 3 months. They put me out for each stent thank god. But before they would release me. I had to pee. Ohhhh Christ!!! The first minute of peeing felt like liquid fire. :eek:

Yeah, the title of spec 4 mafia didnt exist when spec 5 and above existed. Only when spec 5 and above were done away with did the spec 4's enjoy their space in limbo. Enough weight to order privates around, but can play dumb when sh1t happens because...well im only an E4....lol
