I had gorgeous locks of hair before I got into construction. Well past my shoulders. It was gone as soon as it got hot.

Im too nice. Its ok, that user Im helping is a sweet lady.
Our techs suck- ive heard one of them telling users "hold on while I look it up on Google.." haha.. Plus they cant multitask. Meanwhile, Im working on VMWare and Nutanix issues while filling in helping users having remote problems. This last call lasted about 1.5 hours before I was getting tired. "Can we finish this tomorrow?"

Right before I hung up, I realized today is Friday. :confused:

I totally understand that feeling. I wish I could share some of the ******** I read in the tickets that get escalated. :mad:
