I am not the smartest person in the world, and I wouldnt want to be in her shoes when the **** hit the fan. Why oh why would you close doctors offices? Medical staff is trained for these things! We can seperate people and not have them crowded in the waiting room. hell they can wait in their cars until we walk outside and call their damn name. A face to face with family Doctors could have done a lot of good in my opinion and not clogged the emergency rooms. Elective surgeries, family practice and radiology are the money makers, bread and butter that pays for all the other things that a health care facility needs. Closing them all shut off ALL money coming into the facilities. Killed em all.

Guys, be careful driving in PA. You may see Rusty on a street corner showing a little leg trying to drum up so extra money for this purchase.

What bent my crank. Is that they all used these so called models of the virus to say how bad it was going to be. So they shut everything down according to the models. And the models were wrong. But did they correct their actions after they found the models to be wrong. Nope!.

I'm not a rocket surgeon either and I agree 100%. There is no reason it should be shut down like that. It's hurting way more than it's helping

I'm running the screen but I don't believe that was the issue. Look at the broken section right by the shaft. It's dirty like it has been cracked for a while and finally let go. There is no damage at all to any other fins and I can see where the fin(s) were rubbing on the volute. From day one after the blower was installed after getting it back from 928 motorsports, my builder said it didn't sound right. I contacted 928 at the time and they said it was normal but it was a lot noisier than when I was running the stock vortech blower.

Yeah, that blade had a crack in it for a while. The dark are is an indication of that. Stress finally got to it. Be interesting to do a dye check on the impeller to see if there is other defects. I'm surprised that the volute doesn't show any damage. Wonder if any damage behind the impeller. DID you find that missing piece? Pieces can go anywhere. They can get spit out to the front. Or get grounded up and inhaled.

I'm surprised that the shaft doesn't have a nose piece over the threads of the shaft to help with air flow.

I have a bunch of makita tools already so 4 new 5.0ah batteries will be nice. I have a few older 3.0ah that just don't have the pop for the angle grinder or circle saw. Even the drill is meh on a 3.0. I have 3 3.0, 2 4.0, and 2 5.0ah batteries already.

The volute does have a shallow groove in it. Obviously the fin(s) were rubbing on it. There's definitely damage inside or it wouldn't be making the loud whine. Nope, didn't find the missing piece, I'm assuming it's inside. I'm just hoping it didn't damage the gears then it might be worth rebuilding. After I get my new blower installed, I'll take this blower to vortech and have them open it up and evaluate it.

I would try to find that piece. If it didn't spit it out. Then it's in your piping, or intercooler.
