I took a shower in hydraulic fluid this morning. Not sure if that wards off the virus or not :shakes head:

Quite a few companies seem to have taken that approach. Personally I prefer working on site, unless the day is not busy.

Me too. Working from home is a pain in the butt.

Depends what I'm doing. Writing policy and procedures? Updating documents? WFH is great.

Supporting my team, problem solving issues with materials or products? Much more difficult. I need to see the product.

no i agree. it's all dependent on what type of work you do or needs done. my work is all easy to do from home.

Unfortunately, I can't work from home. My job is strictly hands-on, but with that being said, I'm NOT traveling anywhere until some sanity returns. I was supposed to go to the Pac Northwest in early April, but there is no way I'm going any where near that part of the country. :barf:

10/10 stay away from PNW. I want to go up there in August, so hopefully everything is good by then.

I've been openly complaining for the longest about how our WFH policy is BS because some departments do it whenever they want and mine is non-existent because some F-hole abused it (doesn't work there anymore). This current stint of working from home is great for me, especially since i don't have to interact with the resident A-hole. I also tend to get more done at home anyway.

You’re a proctologist? So that means you have your hands in **** almost all the time?

I seriously sympathise with healthcare workers. My girlfriend had to pluck a runner beam out of an old man’s Johnson
