Evening fellas! Got home safely late last night. I was a bit delayed thanks to heavy snowfall in VT, NH, and a bit of MA, but overall it was an awesome trip. How's life here?

We all shot in the 90s. Except the guy I was paired with shot a 78 :icon17: One of the younger guys, but he's been playing golf a lot longer than everyone else.

Had a blast and about to head out for a gathering tonight with them as well. The General's son is JAG and was just promoted from Captain to Major in a ceremony on Friday that I was unable to attend. Some of the best people you could ever know :tup:

It snowed on my birthday here just the other day lol

Started around 10 pm. Actually stuck around for the morning, too. I made one snowball but couldn't find any pedestrians to nail. Oh well.

We ended up 2 inches shy of 2 feet total between yesterday and today. Roads are still a little messy. Lots of ice now though since Temps plummeted again. And then spectrum decided to have a full blown northeastern internet outage all day today.

On a happier note, I think I have settled on what to make Susan for our anniversary on Tuesday.

Starter: smoked salmon on crostinis topped with creme fraiche and caviar.

Soup: king crab and lobster bisque

Cleaner: cranberry and walnut arugula salad

Main course: leek and basic crab sakes atop citrus orzo and drizzled with a lemon dill sauce

Dessert: Susan's surprise to me.
