Never thought about this but do the batch plants stock NaCl that far south?
I'd add 1/2 to 1% at these temps and short days just to get on it faster. Nothing worse than trying to run a power trowel under headlights.

Looking like it might end up getting a hand job :wtf2:
I gotta ck the trowler; but want mix that sets up slowly :ugh2:

Jokes aside I would lay it down with a big blue Frezno and hit the edges by hand. It leave it a little fuzzy and that keeps you on your feet if it gets wet. A burnt in finish looks great but it can be slick as ice when it gets wet. And water is bad enough if you spill coolant on it's a slip and slid.

if you're not putting a machine on it don't add anything. You can lay it down by hand in 2-3 hours

Agreed on the fuzzy. I sealed my garage floor and it was an ice rink.
