Good Sunday Morning All. Had a great visit with the in-laws yesterday and the steaks were awesome. Today is the day, taking the Chiefs over the Titans and the 49ers over the Packers. Weather today here in Austin is going to be nice with the high 60*, sunny and 0% chance of rain. Hope you all have a great Sunday and make it a safe one!!

I hope the Pack pulls off the win but idk if they can.

Ribeyes in the sous vide bath and butter basted in cast iron. Roasted red potatoes with garlic and mixed veggies on the side. :yum: Fire in the fireplace and football on tv. Life is truly good.

25 is border line but you are not going to have sustained low temps. Our cut off for blankets is 27 but we also don't normally have highs in the 40s and 50s when it gets that cold overnight. I would push for Thursday If you can get your guys there. Overcast, 55, only down to 29, some rain to help it out on Friday and good temps for the next 5 days.

Never thought about this but do the batch plants stock NaCl that far south?
I'd add 1/2 to 1% at these temps and short days just to get on it faster. Nothing worse than trying to run a power trowel under headlights.

Betty strongly disagrees with this statement.
