35 days is a cover thy *** number. You need 27 days to get a "full cure" break. That is the point the mix hits what should be it's min compression. You can install your lift at 7 days with the temps you'll have. You still need to wait 3ish weeks before putting a car on the slab and I'd go a full month before putting the car on the lift but you can have a lot of things ready to go long before you can use the lift.
