Chicken turned out amazing in the smoker using hickory pellets and a Memphis style rub. Also decided to stuff the bird with oranges because why not. :yum: :yum:

Put an offer on a condo. Has an attached double-wide garage and isn't in the sticks, so hopefully they'll accept.

Cupcakez update

Cupcakez got his junkyard motor installed with new BDE motor mounts. Now they can't get his hood closed because the motor is sitting too high. His mechanic is sick of working on it and doesn't want to remedy the problem so cupcake is on facebook asking people if they would work on it for $100.00/hr. One guy questioned him on why he wouldn't just take it to a shop and his reply was, "I don't trust shops". The guy replied back "so, you don't trust shops, yet you trust some stranger on facebook to work on your car?"

Everyone has given him advice, and he doesn't do anything with it. He may be a nice kid. BUT man, he hasn't learned anything. He's the definition of insanity.

For $100/hour I'd happily put two bolts through some hockey pucks and drive out to install some BettyFab engine mounts.

Nope; going up 8” more & ensuring enough room for packing machine after dirt from back of property is filled in,,,also to the sides & out front.
Keeping foundation near ground level on lowest point/as concrete will be 6” :ugh2: :stirthepot:
By starting off with a pretty flat roof; I’ll later be able to go up another level for storage & visitors to stay overnight :nutswinger:
