I apologize in advance for not being as social lately; trying to maximize my time with this garage, so I can have a “Chit-Box” to haul up to ZdayZ 2020 :tiphat:

Apologize for what? You have a life other than this forum. But you can't spend too much time away. :shakes head:

Well, who has an idea or powershell script to get around a GPO on a PC that autologs in to a profile? I need to make regedits and they didnt bother to give put me in the correct security groups.

madwi 11-19-2019 11:22 PM

If I could break the autologin process I can get around all this crap. Win10. Netplwiz did not work.

they do make mouse movers just for that. You could claim your watch back.

madwi 11-20-2019 06:34 AM

and no, no it doesnt.

I remember getting paid back in the day LOL. Run a dozen ads... software automatically tricked each window into thinking they were the 'active' window and a mouse mover kept them thinking there was someone at the computer. Run at least 4 hours a night for a month. Make $500+/month doing it. Too bad it only lasted about 3 months before it became more hassle than it was worth to hack the ads.

Fortunately, I have concluded my time of civil service. Jury Duty was pretty much everything I'd always heard. Didn't get out until almost 6 pm, 71 potential jurors were interviewed, and it was a case of alleged sexual assault, so they were quite picky with their selections.

One of my close friends had been sexually assaulted in a very similar situation, so I was eventually not selected (thank God). Had it been otherwise, I would have been there until Thursday or Friday.

JARblue 11-20-2019 06:48 AM

You know... you don't have to lie to get out of jury duty. Just tell the judge the truth: that you'd make an excellent juror because you can spot guilty people just like that *snap fingers*

Not the first time I've heard that suggestion, but as I'm involved in local politics, I do have to be careful what I say.

A lot of times. They will select a jury for a trial. Then the guy will take a plea deal. That has happened to me twice. You have just got done sitting for 4 hr being picked, then the judge says "you can go, see you tomorrow".

That was probably why they let us sit till around 1 pm before calling us down. I suspect they were working on a plea bargain and couldn't get something amenable to both sides.

Think you can go into Settings. Display, and change the Sleep timer to Never, and there is another one that you change to Never also.
