Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here,that pet goes to the rainbow bridge. Not often to be honest. Our medical records and registration people will put an ungodly amount of papers through theirs. Usually we end up replacing the pick up rollers and other consumables, clean the glass with an alcohol wipe and good to go again.
