Waiting at the gate to board for Bermuda! Woo!

Well, I guess I joined the club last weekend. Been sick since then with an upper respiratory infection. Not fun.

I was supposed to fly out to Hawai'i early this morning :(

JARblue 05-23-2019 09:12 AM

Changed my flight to Tuesday. I better fuckin be better by then

JARblue 05-23-2019 09:15 AM

Last time I was sick for more than 48 hours was back in 2010

Damn global warming :shakes head:

You should probably not apply to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune. :rofl2:

Got my hotchkis front sway bar last week. Been trying to convince myself I need the billet bushing brackets, but considering I told Joe I wanted the loudest clutch/flywheel combo he could sell me, I can't justify the purchase. I don't care about NVH cause racecar :driving:

So let me ask you guys (err... Rusty lol), how much lube do the bushings actually need? It's used so they're already greased up to some extent. Are there any potential issues other than noise if there isn't sufficient grease? I don't want to damage them if I decide to just ignore it.

That was one of the funniest episodes of South Park. The one where Ike starts dating his teacher and Cartman becomes a school hall monitor is right up there too!

Movement = friction = heat. That being said I put a little lube on when i installed mine 6 months ago and it's still there.

I'm fairly well versed in the laws of science and nature :tiphat:

I guess I might as well lube it up using the zerk fittings after install and maybe once a year or so with track use. Too easy not to do it.

Very real possibility lol... I had 102 fever for nearly 3 days straight (Su-Tu) :ugh: Must be a virus cause the antibiotics I got yesterday don't seem to be doing much.

I don't go to the doctor or take any medications if I don't absolutely have to. I really only went yesterday morning to get a note for my travel insurance just in case I wind up not making the trip at all. I don't even take ibuprofen - if it hurts so bad that I can't power through it then I just rest. Thankfully, I can almost always reschedule my work if I'm not feeling up to it, which is rare anyway.

Sent AK an apology for my comment about him in nghtlurkr's knuckle FS thread :o
