Yup. I know how to handle throttle/brake/steering when the car gets sloppy. What I don’t know how to handle is trying to compensate for the stupid traction control system doing what it thinks is best for a given situation.

Like when the rear is stepping out a little and the nanny decides to apply a rear caliper to straighten out the car. And have you pointed in the wrong direction.

I had MA put an extra switch by my diff cooler switch so I could cut that dang yaw sensor power. LOL It is on the "To Do" list.

First off, check back in with that statement when it’s below 50*F. I can do WOT in third if running thru the gears. The situation I’m talking about is if I’m cursing at 30-35mph and I roll into the throttle. As soon as the turbo spoils up it knocks the tires lose. Scared the **** out of me the first time cuz I was in my neighborhood. Driving a high power turbo car takes some getting used to. And I’m nowhere close to your power level.

What size and type are those?

You don't believe me? That's fine. LOL

I forgot to mention the tires needed to be warm. I have not knocked the tires of yet. It will step out to the right a little bit or squirm. Nothing major. I am running R888r's on 11.5 in. rims. Size is 325/30/19. Just a smidge on the wide side. All up under the fenders.

Yeah. That’s a lot of tire. I’m still running normal sport street tires. I’m thinking of going to triple-8s on the next set.

Dude. You responded to the same posts with three different comments. If you get all that power down, that’s awesome. I don’t think you are lying. All I’m saying is that thing is going to be a completely different monster when the temperatures get cold. I guarantee I pick up 35-40whp when it’s cold and the spool and boost threshold are less.

Why wait. Put them on and mothball the old ones. I have an extra set laying around. LOL

I guess not :rofl2:

Actually I haven't even tried it yet. I have no one to press the start button while I bang on the starter. I was just checking prices. Found a Remy starter for $285 incl $50 core charge.

Just spent the last hour pulling 2 nails out of the rear tire on my Eclipse and plugging them. Those plug kits work pretty damn well. Saved myself some bucks too.

I carry an ARB kit in my truck. It has come in handy a couple of times off-roading.
