Gonna be getting back to work early; though I never lost my job title- 3 other people combined have been trying to do what I did for the past 18mos. (Almost) :ugh2:
Knowing your guys & each ones capacity helps,,,seems that they couldn’t place the proper people on the jobs that they are best suited for :shakes head:

I’ll probably be working roughly 7-4, but getting to work by 6:30’ish for the first few weeks ~ till the ship starts sailing smoothly again :tup:
Got a young gun on the 10-6:30 when shift, as with 3 small kids...this will actually give him more family time & he says it would take load off his wifey.
Hopefully he won’t have to perform many solo afternoon road calls :wtf2:

On a side note; grabbing something to eat & working in the yard each afternoon is in plans.....as I’m gonna follow through with plans to take care of home front first,errect a workshop & then start on my vehicles in need of repairs/re-powers.
My Chevy Truck is in front of the Z...but if everything goes well ~ Z will be completed by latter part of 2020 :tup:

Morning all! The corporate powers that be decided today is a good day for building team morale... so I will be making a humanoid out of clay pots and then donating it to old people.

My suggestion that morale could be better improved at a nearby bar was ritually shot down in flames.

I believe you to be wrong on one point. Old people will talk the **** out of anything that remotely looks human. Hell, house plants are not exempt. Source- worked in an old farts home through HS. :icon17:

Do something fun at least. Setup the trust fall with the person everyone hates in the office and dont catch them. Really drive the point home with everyone performing flying elbows. Amazing team building experience in my book.
